ITC is committed to investing in and supporting our international and domestic staff to enable them to develop customer relationships that focus on creative problem solving, superior customer service, and friendly knowledgeable product support.

ITC has also invested in technology, local inventory, and staff training that allows us to provide Just-In-Time (JIT) shipping services. JIT benefits our customers with reduced lead times, daily deliveries, and quick reaction times when unforeseen situations arise.

Quality Commitment:

ITC maintains high quality standards through multi-phase product testing at our facilities and at our vendors. By investing in testing equipment and obtaining certified outside listings, such as UL, CCC, CB, DLC, FCC, NSF, and CSA, we are focused on providing the best products possible. Some of the test procedures ITC products undergo include burn-in, salt spray, and light sphere testing, under a controlled documented process that provides reliable and consistent results.

In addition to testing and documentation, ITC audits all vendors for capabilities, including production skills and procedure, capacity, and quality organizational structure. ITC personnel perform quarterly audits at vendor facilities to promote continuous improvements and ensure ITC’s levels of customer service commitment are being achieved. All aspects of product manufacturing are carefully evaluated and monitored to ensure our customers are continually receiving the high quality products they’ve come to expect with as minimal environmental impact as possible.
